We have an opportunity for an Account Manager to join our Branded Entertainment and Ad Sales team to work directly with the top global brands and agencies to plan and execute on their digital video strategies.  The ideal candidate will have a background and passion for digital media and possess a strong analytical mind that is rounded by a creative approach. 


Located in our NYC office, you will be responsible for planning, delivery and execution of digital video campaigns and branded influencer/creator content.




  • Collaborate with sales and internal partner teams on all facets of client relations from RFP to campaign completion, including developing media plans and proposals, coordinating campaign implementation, campaign analysis/reporting, billing and reconciliation and related day-to-day account management duties
  • Manage clients’ daily questions, requests, and feedback, sharing with sales and management as needed
  • Manage the flow of insertion orders, creative tags, and pixel requests
  • Collaborate with Creative Team for Brand Integrations
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, legal, finance, and ad operations teams to ensure successful client on-boarding, continued client success, and renewals
  • Maintain strong relationships with agencies and advertisers to ensure long-term success; identify opportunities to expand BBTV’s value for each client, and work with the sales team to follow through on those opportunities
  • Share expertise and advise clients on campaign optimizations to generate continued results
  • Work with Sales and Ad Operations to ensure client satisfaction
  • Become a subject matter expert to ensure that clients are up to date on the latest industry trends which may affect their business
  • Anticipate client needs, building long term relationships. Proactively drive the relationship with clients


  • 3+ years of account management experience in digital media agency or ad sales organization
  • Strong analytical skills, including high level of comfort with Excel
  • Attention to detail is essential, coupled with a creative approach 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization
  • Ability to work independently, while being open to direction and guidance
  • Familiarity with ad serving and digital ad tools (comScore, DCM, Nielsen NetRatings, AdRelevance) 
  • Proven ability to develop strong working relationships with clients
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Intelligent, outgoing individual with interpersonal skills and work ethic
